Many have tried and quite a few SEO companies have claimed that they have actually done it. Malarkey. If someone makes an outrageous claim like they have broken some Google magic it just isn' true. Google tells us so. Here is what Google states on its website at the following URL:

No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google.
Beware of SEOs that claim to guarantee rankings, allege a "special relationship" with Google, or advertise a "priority submit" to Google. There is no priority submit for Google. In fact, the only way to submit a site to Google directly is through our Add URL page or through the Google Sitemaps program, and you can do this yourself at no cost whatsoever.

A human would understand this is about a dentist. A search engine will certainly not.
